November Verses – His Words at Home In My Heart
Oh wow, Friends…it’s Goodbye, OCTOBER…Hello, NOVEMBER!!?? 😳
I guess it’s here, whether I’m ready or not!!!
Well, the NEW list of NOVEMBER Bible Verses to handwrite is NOW available!
For October, I chose the theme“PEACE” and I hope it helped you to focus on the One who is Peace and who gives us true peace!
Now, for November, I felt that having spent time with verses having to do with Peace in October, it may have given us feelings of gratitude, so I chose “Grateful & Thankful Heart”as the theme for November(just in time for this month of Thanksgiving, right?) 😉 I also encourage you, if you already wrote out the October verses, to go back and read the verses straight through, as I did that and it was really GOOD!!!! 👍
So, this challenge is called “HIS Words at HOME in my HEART” and I am inviting you to journey along!
If you haven’t heard about this before, I started this as a way to spend more intentional time in God’s Word. I also decided to invite others to journey along, handwriting Bible Verses daily. Which, can help us remember them better, because when we slow down & concentrate on carefully writing the words, it helps our brains remember what we’ve written out! And gives God’s words space in our hearts!
So, I have a couple of suggestions:
- Begin by reading, not only the verse, but some of the surrounding verses, the paragraph, or Chapter, in order to understand the context of what is written. And, there are really good things in the surrounding verses too, so that is my encouragement…to read more than the verse!! 👍 😉
- I also encourage you to pray & ask God to give you understanding and wisdom as you read too!! 🙏
- Write your verses in a journal, notebook or on index cards. You can write the verses fancy and use color, or just write it out normally! 📒 🖊️
- I select a “focus or word” for each month and select Bible Verses that speak to that word for everyday during the month!

I would also 🧡 LOVE it if you share your progress over the month, to help encourage others!!
Blessings & hugs to you! 🧡
