January 2026 Verses – His Words At Home In My Heart

Hello friends and Happy 2026! ❄️💙❄️

Wow! “His Words at Home in my Heart” Bible Verse Challenge, has completed it’s first year!

Have you been wanting to spend MORE intentional time in God’s Word? Well, reading & handwriting Scripture is such a profitable thing to do and my Bible Verse Challenge called, “His Words at HOME in my HEART” can help you do just that!! AND, January is a natural & perfect time to focus on beginnings, and that is where I went when choosing Bible Verses for the beginning of the 2nd year of this challenge!

January goes back to the beginning…to recognize God as the Creator of the world, and of all that is in it – so, January’s theme is “Creator, Create, Created, or Creation.”

A couple suggestions:

Reading the verse of the day, some of the surrounding verses(for understanding the context!), praying for God to give you understanding and wisdom in what you are reading, and handwriting the verse in a notebook, journal or on notecards, is a good way to slow down and allow God’s words to have space in our thoughts and heart, and helps you get to know the Author of those words… your Creator!! 💙 You can also get as creative as you want when you write it too!!
